 "Your effort has to be adequate and appropriate - effort
under the guidance of a teacher, under the guidance of your own
conscience, or under the guidance of a holy scripture. Surrender those
efforts at the feet of the Lord. Through those efforts and through the surrendering of those efforts, the flood gates will be opened. Offering ones effort is called sannyas. Sannyas means to 'offer totally.' Thus, you become a sannyasi. You surrender your ego, and you receive the Grace of the Lord. And as a result of that Grace you can wipe off the impact of all your past habits and karma." |
